How to Renew Your Membership
Before your membership expires,
you will receive a renewal notice via email from the Association. At that time, you can renew via mail, fax or online at the EWGA web site. A grace period allows you to receive the renewal discount for three months beyond your renewal date. During the grace period you will not have access to Members Only services or the Golf Life Management System handicap service, and your new membership year will begin on the date that the previous year expired.
Once you're logged into the Members Only section of the EWGA web site you can renew your membership online. The renewal process for membership dues typically begins approximately 90 days prior to your membership expiration date. At that time, renewal dues are billed to your account and are payable online. To access online dues payment, you can click on the renewal reminder tab which will appear in the upper right hand area when dues are billed or through the BILLING button in your profile as described in View and Edit Your Member Information.
Click on RENEWAL REMINDER on the top right side of the screen. You will see a list of items for which you have been billed*. Once you have reviewed the list of items for which you have been billed, click ADD TO BASKET.
In the Check-Out Basket:
- Review your selection for accuracy.
- Enter credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa) payment information.
- Click CHECK-OUT at the bottom of your screen. PLEASE CLICK CHECKOUT ONE TIME. CLICKING CHECKOUT MORE THAN ONCE MAY RESULT IN MULTIPLE CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD
If your membership has expired: contact your Member Services director or your President. You will need to fill in a paper form and fax or email this form. Your member services director will let you know what phone or email address.
*If you feel that any of these items are in error or if you wish to transfer to another Chapter or join an additional Chapter, please contact EWGA at (800) 407-1477 x16. They will rebill you and instruct you on how to proceed.
